1) Is one roll enough?

2) Does the high-gloss hold its gloss when stretched/pulled/tugged around the curves of the stock chrome trim? I don't see how it retains its gloss since I have to stretch it around corners.

3) Has anyone used the high gloss version? I searched but nobody really talks about it.

dont remember if i got high gloss or not.. i think i have matte but so far its been workin out pretty well.. no problems yet

So far, so good. I didn't do the high gloss though.. that just seemed like it would be a failure. Don't see how it could retain its gloss when stretched.. maybe someone can chime in. I'd try it next time. I can say though this particular brand is a PITA to apply.

The only problem i have with the blackout tape is that its not perfectly smooth.. like from up close the overlaps and the edges kinda stand out

Never done this, But i am looking into doing this. Do you still have to take the window trim off to apply the tape? i would assume not
