Does the button click? If not you might need a new stalk. My gauge needle vid shows how to take it out. Maybe it just needs to be realigned.

The ICV just gets pushed back in. Shouldn't be that difficult.

Nice Jake, we should have had a DIY on the Fuel Filter replacement. What a pain in the azz it was but well worth it. My trouble codes were froma clogged filter.
