wish i knew this before i started. i now have the idle control valve seperated from the engine, but cant remove it. i need to reattach it and would appreciate any advice on doing this with the throttle cable in the way, otherwise i'll need to tow itNo, it won't work on 99-00 models. Only 01 and up. The earlier ones have to have the pins on the gong connector (where you hook to tune the ECU) under the hood jumpered together.

thanks. have you heard of anyone being able to do this with the throttle cable attached? like on the 99-00 modelsThe ICV just gets pushed back in. Shouldn't be that difficult.
