I know this post belongs in the Wheel/Tire forum but this is really important and I need it answered by tonight so I know wether or not to install my wheels tomorrow or send them back. Barely anyone visits the WT forum so moderators please let this stay...

I need to know if these wheels will fit my car or not.

Front 19x8.5 -- Offset : 40
Rear 19x9.5 -- Offset: 40 -- Will be using 10mm spacer on each side

Will this work for my M3? Please guys Let me know ASAP

Great to hear... Feels like a load off my chest, I would hate to have to send them back and wait for the right ones... any other comments?

Sounds like it should work. I may go with a 15mm or 20mm spacer. ( it will fill up the fender a little better )

the offset on my factory rear wheels(19x9.5) is 27mm. A 13mm spacer would put your rear wheels to factory spec. Your 10mm spacers are fine, be sure to use longer lugs. You could also use a 15 or 20mm spacer to kick your wheels out further if you wanted.

Do not use spacers, my set-up is 19x8 in front and 19x10 in the rear, it looks awsome. I went more exagerated on the offset and my outer rim in the rear is 3.5in, that why I had to roll my fenders.
Go with a 3in outer rim in back and you will be fine.
