I want to paint my brake calliper but i'm afraid it will affect the braking system. Help plz.

You should be fine. The paint will hold in some temp but nothing major. Tirerack sells caliper paint if you need a place to get it.

If you're going to remove the calipers to paint them, then just remember to tape up the caliper pistons and the surface of the pads that contact the disk.

If you're leaving them on, just wrap whatever you don't want to paint with plastic bags (fender well, fender, disc, suspension components, bla bla), then take it easy on the spraying.
