Guys, just got done washing (DAWN), claying and washing (z7).
I only did 2 coats of z5 with ZFX. I will probably do two coats of z2 tomorrow.
One thing I noticed is that it "dried" pretty fast. It was about 38 degrees here. I put on a VERY thin layer. Not sure if it was too thin...It seemed like it would "disappear" after a couple of minutes.
Was it too thin? I used about an ounce per coat.
It didn't move either when I did a finger test.
So far it looks good, but not as good as I expected.
Did I do something wrong?

i think you put on to much really

when i do my car i think i used a tad over a 1/2 oz. of the polish.
in fact i plan to do my car sun or tommorrow.

did you put on between the coates of polish the detail spray
you are suppose to put a coat of that spray on your car. right after you put a coat of polish to give a deeper wet look. i think
that is the difference in your car shine. next time you do your car
try to put right after the polish the detail spray it is call

ultra clean " gloss enhancer " if you do it this way i think you will get the results you are looking for. good luck with your next time polishing your car in hi 30 degree weather hehehe it will be worth it

Thanks bob.
Yeah, I will put z6 gloss enhancer tomorrow and do two coats of z2. Hopefully that will give me the reflection I am look for, as well as the slick feel.
