Stupid question i know, but...

is matte chrome the same as what we call "brushed aluminum" cuz i was just on the phone with Circle BMW and they said "there is no brushed aluminum trim, i can't help you." So i gave them a part number and they said thats matte chrome...

matte chrome is plastic, brushed aluminum is actual aluminum trim

i think you can only get brushed aluminum on 03 M3s

but the matte chrome actually matches the rest of my interior stuff. Thats just weird to me.
