Hey! Don't forget who got your reflectors painted for you! That was cheap. lol
Edit: Usually, for painting, I like cheaper better.
Since painted things are usually for the exterior, means that there is potential for vandalism, rock chips, or some other damage.
Not to mention, you can always review it at the shop and tell them.. THERE'S A MESS UP HERE! and have them fix it.
But, for custom work... I wouldn't take it to just any body shop.
