inspection I question

my car has like 23K miles on it, and inspection I is now due. my 3 year bumper to bumper runs out the end of this month. my question is, i already replaced my front brakes and pads with brembos and hawks, and i'm going to do the same to the rear. my factory ones out back are wasted, so will they replace these free of charge under the maintenance program? that would be cool so i could take them right back off then have a fresh set if i ever sell the car....also, my oem jack is bent like a banana, would this be covered as well? thanks...i'm wondering if i should also have them check my subframe..... :dunno:
