For Inspection 1, do they flash or reprogram your CPU. The reason I ask is that my car is a Dinan 3, but for some reason, it feels so sluggish now. Any suggestions?

They shouldn't reprogram your car...if anything they might check it for fault codes but that shouldn't effect the software download...

BMWERKEN..you're right.. I did notice that the rev limiter is still removed because of the Dinan Auto Software. It's probably just in my head.
