Hello, I just noticed that there is a leak while washing my car with high pressure water. The leak only occured on the rear left side.

Not sure if it's the inner or outer door seals that's causing the leak. Or is it recommended to change both? Thank you.

All joking aside, why look for trouble with high pressure water? BMWs are notorious for water ingress.
If it doesn't leak through a normal car wash or rain..... leave it alone.

you can pry (pull) a bit on that black weather-strip piece, its rubber and will only crumble if its old and needs replacing anyway.. if its really bugging you that is.. I personally just avoid spraying too much between the doors and the rear windows
