Yes...True

No notice the whole crew got let go...sucks for the great workers that were still there. I'm sure they won't have trouble getting a better job though.

And to the owner...well you know where to go.
Wish all the luck in the world to Chris K and Kirk, you guys were always there for me when I needed anything. You guys are better off than you will ever know, people like you are hard to come by and any employer would be lucky to have you.
really?? wow I can't believe there's no more HPF considering what they did for this platform to close up shop so soon good luck to the ex-employee's hopefully you guys will work with other companies still trying to produce product for the e46 market.
Sad day! Did they sell their technology off to anyone else? Or are those saving for HPF now sol?
Serious? Dang :(
Any idea why? And all of a sudden?

What about the guys who have spent 20,000 to 30,000 on their kits? Not me, but is that the end of their warranties and customer support?
Looks like the new overpriced hood won't get a debut then!

I have been working with Chris B. trying to find a solution, but none was found. This is a direct result of more than $200,000 being stolen by a former employee, he was very sneaky in wire and credit card fraud . HPF's insurance only covered $25,000.00, when the HPF lost it's lawsuit today it spelled the end. Dave received 38 months in jail, but the entire community lost out on this. A sad day for the entire community.

in respect for chris, any nonsense or negative posts will be delteed and banned, no need for anything negative. Please lets understand as an issue of a employee stealing money causing a great company to go out of business is very hard and very shocking even for me. So shocking, Im so sorry to hear this chris B.

It's easy to blame the failure of business on Dave. If HPF was doing well in the first place, 200k wouldn't be enough to put them out of business. Let's not forget the Dave incident happened two years ago.
I"m hoping this is a setback, and not the end. :(
same, I planned on buy there turbo kit in a few months
I hope that someone picks up the rights to the kit, the designs, what not. Updates it for the infinity and it goes back on the market. It was a great kit, it just needed a newer EMS is all.

The kit would do better in new hands IMO. Let some creative minds mold and modify it.
