Is there any way to turn on the fog lights during the day instead of those daylight running lights(high beams)?

You have to get your daytime running lights coded off by a dealer or someone else with a tool to do it. Most dealers try to charge you out the ass for it, even though the process takes, at most, 15 minutes.
