Yep, it may only apply to mini coopers (that is what I was programming), so may not happen to everyone. Hope the instructions go well, the file is insanely large haha. I had to upgrade my hard drive in order to fit ISTA+ and ISTA/p on my laptop.

Can I just delete the "SQLiteDBs" folder (since 150 GB is the magic number)?

ISTA won't run unless you have 150GB's of space available for that version.

Its necessary to have those 5 files (17gbs), or else ISTA won't run.

I'd recommend ISTA 4.01 which is only 20.6GB's, and doesn't require the 150GBs of free space to run.

I have had this issue before!

Solution:
Step 1: Uninstall ISTA (and any files related to it)
Step 2: Download RCleaner -> Link
-> Once that is complete, you can reboot your PC
Step 3: Try reinstalling ISTA, and see if that fixes your issue!

Sorry for the late reply, its been a busy weekend!

I have had this issue before!

Solution:
Step 1: Uninstall ISTA (and any files related to it)
Step 2: Download RCleaner -> Link
-> Once that is complete, you can reboot your PC
Step 3: Try reinstalling ISTA, and see if that fixes your issue!

That did the job and it appears to have installed successfully - thank you! I won't get a chance to go out to the car ('04 330Ci) and see how much trouble I can get myself into until next weekend, but I'm looking forward to poking around and seeing what I can learn. It's got a couple of bugs that are driving me up the wall and now I hope I'll be able to chase them down.

Ok I'm at the point to uninstall the other version of ISTA. Do I delete the "Rheingold" folder? It's about 20.6 GB in size.

Correct! You delete that, and use RCleaner and restart your desktop.

Then try reinstalling ISTA.

Ah got it. I deleted but didn't use RCleaner. I'll have to look for that program. Thanks for your help!
