i recently took off my entire exhaust system. its all in once piece and doesnt look like it can be split apart. so my question is, how the hell do i ship it? i know alot of the carriers wont ship something this big and there is no box. so what should i do? thanks for all your help.

Have you check with UPS or Fedex on this? I know some of them will take it but will charge as "oversized"...

Are you sure it doesnt come apart and into pieces because most E46 exhausts seperate themselves into sections.

It can always be cut and re-welded by the new owner? That would suck but I guess its your only option if its too big to ship.

search for "shipping freight" in google. i shipped an entire bumper kit (front and rear) for about $130 or so.

if you don't have box, use a lot of plastic wrap. walmart sells a roll for 80 cents. 5 boxes of cheapest non-microwaveable should be enough. put 1 layer from front to end and repeat 3 times. 3 layers of wrap are surprisingly strong.

just to let you guys know i shipped it with dhl.com. costed like 130 bucks cause it was 128 inches long and like 60 lbs
