How rare is the Aerodynamics package?

All I can find for the complete kit in the ETK is part number 51190004537 , which is under Retrofitting, Conversion, Accessories

Aerodynamics package

Clicking on the individual components doesn't say "for vehicles with S[nnnn]" like it does for other options. Does imply it was post-production line fit. Would be great if someone has an original price list from 1999, so we can see if it's listed, but then that wouldn't be definitive, as the importer for each market didn't always let customers order everything the factory would build.

I have a 330i sedan with the m-sport package. It's a 2002 so its a facelift (you call that m-tech 2 here if I'm not wrong). My car also has the option "0716 Aerodynamics Package" which I can't seem to find any info about. Has anyone here heard of it before?
That was the bodykit - the bumpers and side skirts. It could be ordered as a standalone option as S716A or bundled into the m-sport package. (The M-sport package was really just a collection of options that were bundled together and cheaper than ordering them all individually)

Depends on the market, potentially, but here in UK the M-sport package was Aero pack + boot lid lip spoiler + shadowline trim + style 72/135 alloys + black headlining + sports seats + M sports steering wheel + sports gear knob (manual cars) + sports suspension + whatever else I've forgotten. All of which could be ordered separately, if your importer let you. So Munich would happily build you a car with just the Aero pack and none of the others, if that's how the order came through to them. It's possible people get confused (or used car sellers take advantage) because a car with just the aero package would look very similar from the outside.
