If I were to order a 2004 BMW 325Ci Coupe, the MSRP is $40,145 with a lot of options. If I were to order a 2004 BMW 330Ci Coupe with the same options PLUS the 18" wheels, the MSRP is $45,320.

That is almost a $5,000 difference.

How much discount do dealers normally give on these two cars?

I'd say time to make some friends at the dealer. It's not like they have trouble selling their cars, no need to discount.

expect to get the price down by at most 1.5k... dealers don't make a whole lot of money off of 3ers

stick, nav, and all the other normal goodies, but no 18's
