I just called UUC and they told me that their kit is about 8% - 12% reduction compared to the stock sport suspension sway bars. However, when I asked how heavy their kit was out of the box, they were unable to answer.

Does anyone know?

that may be true for the E46 3er im not sure, but for the M3 UUC Sway Barbarians reduce the weight of the stock sways much great than 12% ...im thinkin more like 20%+

m3 sways are AMAZING... they are considerably less weight then stock and much stiffer
