Is it hard or easy for a thief to take off with our cars?

Unless the theif is a pro and knows what they're doing, I'd say that most theives would choose another car to steal...

Yea, what Faheem Daddy said. Plus if the theif is just looking for ICE or anything else in your car, nothing's easier than breaking a window and disconnecting the battery.

Most theives only look at cars that are easy to steal and popular with parts always in demand. Stealing an E46 probably isn't worth the effort unless it's hooked up with ICE and other valuable aftermarket parts.

Probably more likely to get jacked rather than stolen.

Thieves target Camry's, Accords and other high volume models to help supply midnight auto parts.

Personally, I think the less said about this in public forums the better off we all are, just my 2 cents.
exactly! so everyone... for maximum security for your car please leave your car parked in unlit areas with your key safely inserted into your driverside key hole :lmao:

Compared to the "average car", the E46 is hard to steal (engine immobilizer) but pretty much all cars can be stolen.
