I wish I was told sooner, I could have been their best customer, well here goes

1. I ordered WHITE silvervision 2.0, received AMBER!
2. The keyhole cover was paid for but NOT shipped with the product
3. Worst of all, the bulbs melted my plastic in my interiors
4. That's not it, shipping takes 2 weeks and it's been another 2 weeks I still havn't received the missing item + the wrong item.

How bad can it be, please, please do not order from bimian, it's not cheap and the experience is horrible.

I am very busy but have taken my time to let other know.

u should have done a search before hand, u would have seen how ****ty their service is, and how practically everyone on this board now hates them

Why/how did Bimmian go down the drain? I ordered silver gauge rings and an alumminum pedal set over the summer and didn't have any problems...so what happened to them?

Arent they in Quebec?? Enough said, if you were a Canadian you would know about Quebecer's.. but as your not i guess you cant be blamed..lol

They are in Ontario.

And wtf do you have to say about Quebecers? Or Montrealers for that matter?

Je suis un Quebequois aussi. (please say i said that rite, i haven't been to Quebec in a while. born in montreal.) But dont get heated up over stupid comments like that man. Just relax. :thumbup:

and yes, Bimmian (sucks) is in Toronto, Ontario

Wow.....I ordered chrome roundel inserts from them and one came in damaged. They sent me an entirely new set in a few days. I also ordered body colored reflectors and had no problem at all. I am really surprised to hear this. Hopefully whatever affected that idiot Alan from Carbonworks is not contageous.

i guess bimmian = m0osh
My interior lights came okat w/ no problems. But that was like a year ago. I guess their service went down the drain...i remember homeboi used to post here. Are they still sponsored?????

I agree, there's no reason to bash Quebecers - they are fundamentally good & decent people like all Canadians.

best thing to do is just dispute the charges with your credit card company. Most have a pretty good buyers protection plan.

That's a just terrible policy. I don't understand how they expect to do business like that.
