M54B25 Pistons
M54B30 Crankshaft & Rods
Compression Value 12.0
M50 Intake Manifold
M62B48 TB
Cold Air Intake Boot
K/N Intake Filter
Supersprint Replica Headers
Ported Head
Grinded Camshafts (10.5 264 & 10.0 248)
fuel 98ron (93 octane)
Unfortunately the results was achieved on stock M54B30 injectors which limited the outcome.
The engine was hand built by Temo Todua and tuned by Akaki Narmania

Seems odd that they would do all that work to the engine, and keep the stock injectors. It's also risky. If it leans out at high load, it could cause serious engine damage.

Also, with the 12:1 compression ratio, he could probably get some more power with E85. But that would require bigger injectors.

We are planning on installing high cc injectors, as for the damage we control AFR it wont cause any damage.
The fuel was a mix of 15% ethanonl and 85% gas.

Sorry to revive an old thread, though it's not too old, has there been any new progress? I'm interested in seeing any other gains. There were some other people on fb I saw that also claimed similar power figures.
