i have installed a Philips HID kits on my 525i but it seem not bright enough. when i pull the bulb out of the projector it was very bright and white but when i put it back into projector the light turn into yellow like my old halogen lamp.
Any of you face this problem before.

what kind of headlight on your 525i?
The bottom part of the hid bulb emits yellow light.
Try blocking off the yellow with some sheetmetal shields.

Hid-online is GOOD STUFF!!
So you think it looks like halogen? Actually, factory xenons still look very much like halogen from up close. But it is from far away that they appear blue. Also, if you want blue, you can bend the cutoff shield inside the projector lamp. A bit more towards the bulb and you get a sharper and bluer cutoff.
Also, you just got the kit, it needs 50-200 hours to color shift.
