Hey, I need help with tire pressure, can't find my owners manual.

I have a 2000 323ci with 17" type 44 wheels (8 inches wide).
What is the factory recomendation for tire pressure on these 17" wheels with 225/45R17 tires?

I've only been a memeber for a month now, but this site is incredible....it's members combined represent a wealth of information and knowledge.....Thanks in advance
