Hey guys,
Im new to the forums and the E46 World. I just bought a 2002 325ci and im changing my oil and i bought Mobil 1 0w-40 but my friend is arguing i should yous 10w-40 any imputs on this. From what i read 0-40 is the winner.

You are correct.... thats what I use.

Use what you have and tell your friend hes a moron. I use M1 0w-40 as well

If you're going to use M1, 0/40 is the only one you can use in an e46.

Thank you for everyones response and it seems i made the right choice. Im on bimmerforums alot i have a 1997 M3 no longer daily driver and i did use castrol but from what i hear mobile one is the best way to go in an E46

Yes it has. I use it in my A6 also......
