When she idles its like theres nothing wrong at all, really smooth actually. No faults are showing on the diagnostic machine aswel so im pretty stumped at the moment. Can anyone help please?

Intake boots, throttle body a leak in it's system. Leaks can affect throttle response do a smoke test. You most likely get a bad result

No it doesnt snow, quite the opposite actually, pretty hot for most the year. Our fuel quality isnt the greatest here either, being a third world country and all. Have checked for leaks all around the intake manifold and throttle body, all seems tight and leak free

Mmmm gas can be the problem I'm not sure someone else can help you out it can be your gas. And it's a pretty bad time right since it's past midnight here in the west coast. I'll bump the thread back up in the morning so you can get a response to your concern.

How you get a bmw in Africa
Edit don't expect for the best performance due to bad fuel. Dme will reprogram it self to a lower octane ratio and sooner rather than later you'll get codes for bad gas
