Which are the best and where can I find them online?

I did a search but there's so much crap about these its like a needle in a hay stack. After 6 pages I gave up.:sad:

I got mine from them a year ago. even though they are not located in the US, they managed to ship my bulbs out in about a week or so. Great price too. Got 4 for the price of 2 back then.
