Installed new these F1 Autohaus headers and here my problem:

a 1 inch or so gap between one of the headers and the exhaust. I'm installing a ZHP exhaust, which the flanges are exactly flush.

Its clearly F1 Autohaus' mistake...but no one there will contact me back...

Thus, I've gotta figure out how to make this header flush with the exhaust

Im thinking:

1) Spacer- some type of custom machined or cut part to fit in there

2) Extend the ZHP exhaust to meet up with the uneven header

Thoughts?

I also need another gasket....which will fit between the headers and the exhaust...does anyone know an auto parts store that would carry some sort of generic gasket? How about an online shop that'd have ones specifically for BMW and the ZHP Exhaust?
