u'll proly rub in the rear. if it was a 235 or a 245 tire in the rear, it might work

Might come down to the tires profile but I would say you'll be okay. Also depends if you have stock suspension or not. Even if it does rub you should be able to eliminate the problem by rolling the fenders.

i have the 330i sport suspension if that makes any difference.. how bad is it to roll fenders?

I have the same size as you with H&R Sport Springs and I don't rub!
