Guys:

I have my wheel off right now, trying to replace my turn signal stalk... but i dont know how the bottom peiece comes off.. doenst seem to have any bolts holding it on.. if ayone knows please post.. my wheel is currently off and i can sure use some help...

If you're refering to the black plastic piece that runs along the bottom of the steering column all you need to do is locate the two pins along the bottom that hold it on. Use a small screwdriver or something similar to press the center of the pins inward. This will release the clips on the inside. To reinstall just take the small pins and reinsert from the bottom and push in until they click in place to set the clips.
