Defective new parts happen but 3 failed seals from new pumps seems very strange.

Do the pumps leak from the very start? Does it get any better after running the motor for 10 minutes or so?
It was fine for the first week or so with the stewart water pump, but afterwards I notice the dried coolant spray on the oil filter housing, that hits the pulley and gets flung around. It is not a terrible leak but it is there nonetheless. There is just a bunch of dried coolant spray on the oil filter housing. I am also not sure if it gets better since I am not able to see as I am driving. I really hope that it doesn't have a head gasket issue since when I rebuilt the engine I used all new seals, headbolts, and the head and block were both surfaced.
