I tried to meet with my service rep over my subframe damage, but when he showed up to look at my car, my dealership "accidently" forgot to call me to tell me he was in, no matter how many times i had warned them that I wanted to meet with him:ben:
Have any of you ever met with the BMW rep in regards to service problem?
Just curious as to how your meeting may have went. Are the guys who come out usually pricks who are basically on the dealers side? Or do they actually try to listen and correct your concern? :brent:
