Has the factory fixed the HK rattle

Just curious as to the speaker or ? rattle some of you are talking about :confused:

I have a 2002 Cic and had a vibration of the HK sub. My dealer ordered some padding stuff which was listed specifically for the problem (on the TIS system ?) and it has fixed it instantly.

I would have thought new cars would be shipped with this solved now ?
