O.K. the OEM HK upgraded system blows. :ben: Is it the head unit, speakers, or both? Has anyone just changed the head, left the amps and speakers alone and seen any real improvement? Inquiring minds want to know...

well.....i just did the exact opposite. Kept the HU and upgraded everything else. Lasted 6 hours. Went and Upgraded Head unit cause it still didnt sound right
I changed the HU first... & it made a big difference!
Changing the rest & it so far it seems to make even more difference. :thumbup:
if you are piecing it together, go with HU first!
