What do I do if my ground to my cluster is getting no continuity and no voltage to the ground (pin 1)

I’m having an issue with my cluster nothing works on it at all it’s like the cars off when your driving. I tested from fuse box fuses 43, 34 and fuse 10 I got 12v. Then pulled the cluster out and tested from there all good but the video I was watching about it said to also test the ground for continuity and volt and got nothing from either so I’m guessing that’s my problem?

You didn't give your car info, but should check continuity from said pin1 to X217 (left side of the cluster) which is the ground distribution junction. If good, then check from X217 to X1108 which is the main ground-distribution located under carpet of the driver seat. Fix the broken connection instead of adding new ground wire.

Does the brake lights work?
