You just need a basic 80 dollar to 150 dollar craftsman tool set, some rags, RTV silicone, and you're good to go. If you don't already have the tools I would invest on some rather then pay someone else for labor.

Check out Autoscandia in Herndon. Cheapest labor rates I've come across in the Nova area and their turnaround times are fantastic. A job like this I would DIY, however.
