Just a heads up if anyone's looking for one. The miles are on the high side, but it seems to have had a caring owner. Seeing as it's got all the options, and is a 2002, the price is fair, considering the mileage - A great car for the $$.

I wouldnt pay 40K for that. 50K miles is too high. I came across a 01 E46 M3 vert, 20K miles, 6 speed, clear title, etc for $40K. My friend just picked up a 03 E46 M3 SMG, navi, park dist, fully loaded, clear title, 25K miles. He paid 45K out the door at a $tealership. $40K seems a bit high for a 02 with 50K miles. :dunno:

where does it say the car is being offered at $40k?

it's at 34k right now with no reserve, a little under 2 days remaining. i don't think it'll go up too much more either, so it could be a great deal.. plus it has the cpo warranty up to 100k miles.

seems like it could be an excellent deal...

Hey, $34,000 was the bid price with no reserve and someone bid. The Buy it now option of $40,000 disappeared once a bid was placed. It's a very nice deal even w/ the mileage.

SMG is considered an automatic when you consider the options ebay offers for the type of transmission that you must list your car as having.
