Hello, i have a problem with my 320d. Last week i renew clutch and flywheel. In the morning(when is cold) i cant throw out of 1-st gear. Some ideas...?

ok...

... have the mechanic re-bleed the clutch hydraulic system. That would be the easiest, cheapest, first thing to try to do.

How is it when warmed up after driving some distance? Does it shift easily/normally then?
