I have a 2003 540 sport and I am looking at getting the OZ Superleggera 18 x 10.5 wheels for the back with 275/35 tires. Will it fit my car without rolling the fenders? I am not planning on lowering my car.

What is the offset of this wheel?

This wheel has a 21mm offset in 10.5" for this fitment.

Two of the companies upper management members have been through a number of E39 cars, both 540is and M5's so we've tried quite a few fitments on these cars. We've found that in most cases with a 10.5" wheel a slight fender lip roll is normally needed for clearance in the rear.
