For sale - two JL audio stealthboxes predrilled for a sedan. I've had these in my E46 323i and for the money and the space, they can't be beat. I used a Rockford Fosgate amp (old school Punch 40, back when they made quality amps) and it was more than enough power. (Amp not for sale!) I'm only selling because I bought an SMG 5'er.

These speakers were professionally installed and uninstalled. I think the installer forgot to include two nuts, but everything else appears to be intact. My installer also recommends some sort of sealer between the speakers and the trunk roof, but I know many have not done this and they still sound great.

Best reasonable offer plus shipping. I'm in Kansas. [email protected] Picture by email on request.

Check out http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/3series2.html for model specifications and http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/pdf_files/SB_B_3SER998IB4.pdf for an install guide. These came pre-drilled for a sedan, but the installation instructions show you can drill holes to fit a coupe and there appear to be markings for additional holes. DISCLAIMER: I have no idea if they fit an E46 coupe or not, but the web site indicates such. These sell here every so often so look for old posts for more information.

Nope, I keep everything factory except the replacement of the two rears with the stealthboxes. I thought it sounded great for the small investment and the ability to keep almost all of the tiny E46 trunk space.
