What's the drop vs stock non sport?

According to ddm, these are the drops compared to H&R sports:

E46 standard suspension F: -1.4" R: -.75"
E46 sport suspension F: -.75" R: -.25"

So, it should be .75" front and .5" rear drop compared to stock and .75" front and .25" rear higher than H&R, which i think is the perfect ride height.
