brand new Dinan Intake system that i purchased for my 330ci. Will fit any 330(ci, xi, i)

I bought this a month ago and its just been sitting in its box.. I ended up going with an aFe.

Retails for $400. make me an offer, or suggest a trade. i'm looking for around 300 give or take.
