I am currently running H&R race springs and am going to swap out to intrax supersport with Koni shocks in the rear. Am I still going to have to worry about the subframe issue and RSM BS? Doesn't the subframe usually fail because the stock shocks that are longer push harder on the frame with the shorter race springs? Or do I have to upgrade my RSMs regardless of getting new shorter sport shocks? Please help me! thanks

Rear shock mounts (RSMs) wear our quickly even with stock suspension. Upgrade to the E46 M3 stuff per UUC's tech tips page and do not consider the Z3 reinforcemnt plates to be optional. I have seen one case of the RSM nuts pulling through the sheetmetal. Or, you could get poly RSMs like what Gorund Control has to offer. I also heard a rumor that UUC is working on a new RSM.
