FM antenna/reception - whats up
Hey all - lets get some conrete info on the antenna - I read that the blue "ANT POWER" wire is actually a remote turn on for the stock amp?
Ok so..then what wire "powers" the computer thingy that works the antenna in our cars? I had an aftermarket Kenwood HU put in and my FM reception is almost non-existent now. I am trying to decide - did the wrong wire get hooked up or do I need to possibly NOT have a powered antenna and see what I get out of it then.
Ideas?/experiences?
