i have been posting all over this site to get as many opinions or knowledge as possible.

i'v had many problems with tire combinations with wheels. offsets, clearance and all that.

i'v rolled rear arch lip so there more room, but not much more, still looks tight to what i am looking to fit.

from m6 wheels, 18 x 8.5 et33 255 tyre rubbed. they are now gone and im looking for 19 x 8.5 et 33. thats all i can get.

tire will be 235/35/19 all round.

can someone assure me there will be no rubbing on the rear arch or anywhere for that matter, with this tire wheel combination?

thanks

You need to find out what the offset of the M6 wheels is. If they are replica's made for the non-M3 E46, then you should be fine with those on the 235/35 tire. I have 19x9 with a 235/35 in the front of my car that is lowered and do not rub there. I highly doubt that you would rub in the rear.

wheels im getting are acs III race reps.

offset et33 of the new wheels. same as the old m6
but the m6's i had 255 tyre and rubbed on rear arch.

now im going from 18 to 19 same width (8.5) but a slimmer 235 tire.
hope im explaining this as easy as i can.

basicaly, old rims where 18x8.5 et33 on a 255/35/18 and slightly rubbed

new are 19x8.5-et33 on 235/35/19 - 20mm slimmer tire

see any probs, any others out there with similar setups?
