The undisguised next generation F80 M3 interior has been spied. The quick photographers at Auto Evolution snapped this shot from the passenger side window. If you're familiar at all with the F30 3 series sedan you'll notice there aren't a lot of changes. The steering wheel is right out of the M5/M6, and is a fantastic. The DTC shift knob is also from the M5/M6 which isn't surprising but I would only rate it as so-so. It appears there is some sort of perforated leather or a textured cloth on the door and the seat bottom might match as well.
I have a feeling much of the interior is still a work in progress and the final parts are not installed on this test mule. This looks like a almost stock F30 interior and would explain why BMW wasn't too concerned with covering it up. Interior wise there won't be huge changes from the F30 sedan anyways so perhaps BMW feels the cat is already out of the bag.
With this picture of the F80 M3 interior and the front bumper all but revealed is anyone else getting the feeling we're going to see a fully revealed 2014 M3 soon?
