how can i tap directly into my fuse box and hook up another 12v power outlet? yes i searched but everything shows tapping into other wires. i want to go straight from fuse box to my outlet, how can i do this?

i spliced into my cigarette wire and also ran a fuse as an additional safety measure

Simplest thing to do. Fuse jumper... Pick a fuse of the similar amperage you need and ur good to go...Been using these for years.
