Saw a lot of smoke from my exhaust at a red light that caught me mid-pull (Wide open throttle, 400rpm before the redline shifts)

1 minute later, at a second red light, no smoke, when I parked the car also no smoke.

Can I assume that it was unburnt fuel in the exhaust/cats or should I be looking into it?

Engine is the N42B20 4 cylinder.

If there's one thing I've learned over the years it's repeatability. See if it does it again (don't force it) and go from there.

Going WOT until 5800 RPM and then hard braking for a red light would be forcing it, but it's the only way to repeat the circumstances it occured at, haha!
Although I think I am in the clear, as there have been no abnormal signs of smoke (apart from a cold start obviously).
