Can someone with an ETK please look up the various parts for the right side wiper on a 2003 325i?! When I was cleaning my windshield the other day, I accidently dropped the wiper down onto the windshield and now it doesnt touch the glass on the far right side! !!! I will post pics when I find the camera. Thanks.

The first pic is where I think a part should be and may have fallen off because the left side has this part...the other two pics are shown with red to show the gap between the wiper and the glass!:thumbup: Someone please help!!

I think that peice on the left side is the ice scraper :dunno: Is it a big piece? If it is pretty long, then its the ice scraper, if not, I dont know.

no its not that piece...its a small piece that(in theory) makes the wiper sit flat against the windshield

Here's the diagram of the wiper components:

Have you checked to make sure that the wiper blades themselves are attached correctly to the wiper arms? Seems like it's not fit correctly according to the pics and thus causing the blades to bend back and only touch in the center.

I think the part is either 8 or 9 on the diagram and the description of 8 sounds just like it!

i fixed my own problem...i took off both blades and found that the arm itself was bent so with some muscle (lol) i bent it back and now it works perfectly...sorry for the trouble.
