Hey I’m in need of some help trying to source some parts for a used vt 455 kit I have I spoke with ESS a few times trying to get the answers but they have been 50/50 on the help. Alright for what I can gather so far in order to make this a newer kit a vt -550 I need.

1. pulley kit ESS website
2. software ESS website
3. SMG res ESS website - is this different from the one u can get from FCP euro ? I kno the bottle is the same but what about the mounting bracket
4. Injectors I found out that the software I will run uses the 630cc injectors at 3.5 FPR .. I found two kinds Siemens DEKA 630cc and Bosch 630cc does anyone kno which is the one Ess uses ?
5. intercooler I have a body shop that will make the brackets for a intercooler I’m gonna use a Garrett core intercooler oversize I’m going 3 inches instead of 3.5 so I can fit it behind the front bumper support
6. Nuts and bolts ESS told me I have a gen 2 kit they have a bolt kit for gen 3 brackets on the site .. I kno they make a newer bracket for the G1 system so idk what bolts I need and I believe I will need a plug for a line when I’m mounting the kit

I’m gonna have a shop do it but it’s really busy so it saves time if I have everything they need before they start

Welp, I had to do my own research, but I’ll answer for anyone in the future that might need the info.
3. the smg reservoir sits under the right hand top corner of the engine bay from my research
4. injectors 630cc Siemens 3.5 fuel pressure regulator for the 550/575 kit
6. the gen 3 bolts are for the gen 2 system

I have no experience in this as I’m starting out on a similar journey, but perhaps you can check out be racing. They claim to do tunes for superchargers and to have experience with all the build names and custom builds.

In my scenario I’m looking to AA supercharge stage 2 (400hp) but am considering using a custom Inter cooler setup and looking for someone to lean on in the build.

If you figure it out definitely let us know.
