Supersprint North America has generouslly offered a group buy for the e46 M3 community on their Supersprint Race Mufflers.

Please read through the rules carefully as this group buy will probably vary from any other you may have participated in before.

-Buy FIRST, Buy LAST, it DOESN'T MATTER! Unlike most tiered group buys where you inevitably have the people waiting to jump in as the #'s reach the better price tiers we have decided to offer a rebate/credit program to solve this issue. Any group buy participant who purchases at a higher price and then the group buy reaches a better price tier will be credited the difference in price!

Here are the prices for everyone, these INCLUDE UPS Ground shipping within the CONUS. The group buy IS available for all international clients however additional shipping will be charged.

Now for the boring part.

THE RULES:

Dates:

Start- 9/22/10
End- 11/1/10

1) You MUST be registered IN the Group Buy list in order to receive the special pricing. I will be maintaining and updating the list frequently during the day.

2) To register: Your order must be placed (and deposit paid, if applicable) with EAS before you will be added to Group Buy list.

3) Deposits: We will be taking 50% deposits at the time of order.

4) You MUST contact Supersprint NA after making a deposit for them to verify the order to add you on the Group Buy list.

5) Pricing: As discussed above early participants in the group buy are GUARANTEED to receive the lowest price no matter what the initial price was at time of purchase. Rebates/credits will be authorized to each participant who qualifies for a lower price.

6) Delivery: Currently we have 2 Race Mufflers IN STOCK in Italy ready to be shipped IMMEDIATELY to group buy participants. Once these mufflers are sold, the next production run will be completed in early November for mid-November deliveries. I highly recommend purchasing early and receiving your muffler from the first production run since we will be GUARANTEEING the lower price via the rebate system if the higher sales tiers are reached.

7) Price Guarantee: There will be NO price adjustments or discounts available from ANY VENDOR. If you receive a lower price quote from ANY VENDOR please retain your quote (pm, email, invoice, recorded phone conversation:chair and send it to me IMMEDIATELY and I will notify Supersprint NA.

8) Cancellations: Must be confirmed through SuperSprint North America so you can be removed from the list and your vendor's order canceled.
